As Catch completes its 20th year of service,
we are proud that we have continued to provide
residential treatment services to the mentally
ill in our community. Since 1984, Catch has
been among the leaders in developing new programs
to meet the residential and emergency service
needs of consumers in South Philadelphia, and
now throughout the City.
As healthcare has changed during this period,
so has Catch, meeting every change as a challenge,
and every challenge as an opportunity to develop
new and better services for the people we serve.
The advent of managed care has forced us to
look at our emergency and residential services
in a different light. We have come to view our
programs as a continuum of care whereby consumers
can enter at one point of service and progress
through our system, thus ensuring continuity
of care.
Since 1984, Catch has been among the leaders

As we enter the next century, we believe our
continuum of service will continue to meet the
needs of our consumers and the challenge of
